looks fine.

for a few extra £'s i'd go with the retail version of the processor.

how about the Antec Kúhler H2O 620 cooler as another option.
 
Hi thanks for replying,

Is retail worth it though?...i dont intend to ever use the stock intel heatsink.

I looked into the Kuhler but im not really sure on the quality,The plastic clips dont look very good,Then again that Zalman ive been looking at aswell has plastic mounting clips.

Will that Power supply be enough for 2x 6950s in Crossfire?
 
for the price difference it gives you a 3 yr warrenty over a 1 yr , if you don't think thats worthwhile then oem will do fine.

think the water coolers like that are all pretty much the same from what i've seen.

psu will be fine for your crossfire.
