Recently arrived in the UK from sunny South Africa. I am busy building up my new PC (thanks OCUK) and will be jamming some BFV on it when its up and running.

Arriving in Summer/Autumn was fantastic. Heading into winter, despite the darkness, has been alright so far ... guess I need to wait for the real cold!

Hah after being here for 20 years I'm quite acclimatised. The humidity would kill me now

I've come across both spellings in my time. I don't know which is correct ...

Whether we'll get real cold or not is another matter - last few years have mostly been relatively mild and rainy compared to winters 20+ years back.
