So nvidia has released an driver update for their new 900 series gpus called forceware 344.16 yet the newest for all 700 series and under is 344.11. You cant just download the .16 release and install it but there is an easy way around this that i thought i would like to share with those of you who dont know how to.
Downloade 344.16 from nvidia. Select 900 series here otherwise you wont have the driver available.
Download 344.11 from nvidia. Select your own model here.
1)Run each setup to extract the files.
2) Goto "C:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\344.11\Win8_WinVista_Win7_64\International\Display.Driver"
3) rename nv_dispi.inf to nv_disp.inf
4) Then copy your newly renamed nv_disp.inf and also nv_disp.cat to "C:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\344.16\Win8_WinVista_Win7_64\International\Display.Driver"
5) Goto "C:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\344.16\Win8_WinVista_Win7_64\International" and start "setup.exe" and follow the installwizard as you normaly would. It will pop up with a warning saying that it cant verify the certificate but you dont have to worry about that just force it through(its from nvidia anyway so no danger there).
Hope it will help someone you out there. Im running these on my 780 lightning and they seem to just work perfectly. Awwsome performance across the board.
