HP 23xi issue

I've got a HP 23xi IPS monitor and it has just developed a green/grey colour cast, just on the left-hand side. I can also see fine lines on the left-hand side and fade out towards the middle of the screen.

Has anyone experienced this issue? I'm stupidly hoping it will right itself, but I doubt it!
