HP 6200 Pro Small Form Factor PC upgrade options??

Back in the early 2000's I was a big overclocker. I knew a lot about hardware and how to get the most out of them but now I know nothing... . .

I want to buy a new PC but I managed to get this from my work:

HP 6200 Pro Small Form Factor PC i5.
Processor: Intel Core i5-2400 (3.10 GHz, 6 MB cache, 4 cores)
Memory (RAM): 4GB
Type of Memory; DDR3
Motherboard A614036-002 615114-001 Intel Q65 BTX
•2 low-profile PCIe x1
•1 low-profile PCIe x16

I know its not great and a few years old but I want to buy a new case/power supply to get a good graphics card. But am I flogging a dead horse? Is PCIe x16 the latest socket? If that's ok what Graphics card shall I get?

That looks good if the CPU and memory will work? Socket 1155. Is that the cheapest mobo? I would want a black case.
