HP 6715b vs HP 6735b

A friend of mine has been offered an HP 6735b as a warranty replacement for an HP 6715b and they are asking her to sign a document saying that she's happy with this swap.

Should they be happy with it?

I don't really know much about the specs of either laptop.

Do you have the exact model number of the laptops?

HP 6735b-xxxx vs HP 6715b-xxxx

Without knowing these then it's not really possible to tell. Would need to know the following:
CPU, GPU, Screen Resolution, RAM, HDD

Is screen resolution important to your friend?

From what I can tell the 6735b:

Pros
+ Faster CPU
+ Better GPU

Cons
- Worse Screen Resolution (1280 x 800 ... the 6715b was 1680 x 1050)
