Just rebooted my PC and got this warning from ESET, should I be worried or is it just a false positive?

You shouldn't be worried since I'm guessing it is just a FP (the folder in question contains the setup files for you HP device) unless a virus has modified it.
I also have that file (although the folder it is stored in is slightly different but all the folders before that are the same) and avast doesn't detect anything (I'll check my 64-bit windows 7 install later on since that has comodo IS installed).
