We use five HP CP2025 printers at my school. Unfortunately if the printing doesn't arrive immediately our students start pressing buttons. All this does is make the printer print off the demo page which wastes a heck of a lot of blue (cyan) toner.
I found out today through some googling that it is possible to password protect the menus of the CP2025s so that the buttons don't do anything. I was able to work out that I need a copy of HP Toolkit. I've been unable to find a download link at HP's site. Does anyone know where I can download a copy of HP Toolkit? I'm running W7 at work if that helps, or not!
