Have two HSTNN-IX02 - p/n-EN489AA that when I put two different HP nw9440's on them don’t appear to work. I put the power lead and all the dongles in the back and place the laptop on but no joy laptop uses battery power. When I put the power into the side of the laptop it lights up the docking station but still no dongle availability. The 1934 is on in the Bios and enabled in windows - any ideas?
