HP DV7 3020ea Help?

Hey guys, I have a little snag on my HP laptop, my touch buttons that control the sound, muting, fast forward etc above the keyboard appear to have stopped working!

Not sure if its if I uninstalled something or what? Nothing is unusual in Device Manager....if anyone can help id be soo thankful! cheers

You could try a system restore to see if its a driver problem, I have known them to fail though. Also make sure you have the latest bios installed, if you do update it then take the battery and power connecter after updating, hold the power button for 10 seconds, plug it all back in and try that.

If no joy after a full windows restore it must be hardware fault.

I only got the laptop yesterday! Dont really wanna restore lol, ill investigate abit further for the time being, cheers
