'HP Envy 32' - any good?

Hi all,

Been looking at a new monitor for a while (currently using a 50" plasma tv) and I came across the HP Envy 32

Is this monitor any good, I play a variety of games, my current graphics card is r9 390, maybe looking to add a second in the next 6 months.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm interested in this too. It's the perfect resolution/size for my needs.

I am a little concerned that it is only a 60htz monitor and the affect that this will have on freesync.

(I have to admit that I don't know much about this technology)

Ah - that would be a deal breaker for me. The main attraction of 1440p is running games and a high frame rate. I'm sure there's another similar panel on the way that has a higher refresh.
