HP Admit it's a hardware problem, Good job we have a 2 year warranty through John Lewes. But we fear the John Lewes repair centre as last time we had a device back I had to open it to see why the sound wasn't working... at the same time I thought I would renew the Thermal Paste. well new laptop boards have a clear stick over the cpu/gpu which was still in place, I would call it a lucky find: rant over!

Got a full Refund as it came back from the menders (nightmare not included) with a no fault found. At this point I have no idea what to buy as everything I do buy only lasts 2/3 years at the most.
