WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION, YOU DO NOT GIVE ANY ANSWER TO THE CUSTOMER!!!

Thoughts on this? I was trying to buy something from them and had a simple question. Apparently, that is too difficult for them.

The experience I've had with HP laptop CS is crap, they were useless. A group of people in another forum and I were trying to order a machine and they were constantly changing the specs and prices, different departments would disagree on them and they'd keep changing it even after promising it wouldn't change anymore.

In the end we all found the CEO's webpage which had a feedback box, which we all used. Most didn't get a reply, some got a "he's very busy but we'll look into it for you" cop-out, and one person got a reply saying "Eh? We've no idea who (chairman's name) is".

Advice? Don't buy from them. I know personal opinions like this can get pretty polarised but after my last experience with them I'll not be doing it again. Apparently their business laptop CS is much better, but that doesn't really make a difference to me.

Any particular reason you wanted the HP?

Had one and it seemed fine. Hardware wise my laptop works fine. Just a little outdated. It's 2 years old now and was thinking of updating. However, as a company, they need to pull themselves together.

I'll have a browse through OcUK's laptops.
