Hp Laptops

Ok, got £1000 to spend on a new laptop and again iv choosen to buy HP.

But am stuck between two models

HP DV7-1055EM - # Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T9400
# (2.5 GHz, 1066 MHz, 6 MB)

HP HDX16-1010EA -# Intel Core 2 Duo Processor P8400
# (2.26 GHz, 800 MHz, 3MB Cache)

Overall the second like the hdx 16 has more features etc for the money but which processor is better?.. and does it win by much?

I just bought the HDX16-1005EA and its got a 1066mhz bus not 800!!...

Plus its 4gb with Vista 64bit... so it'll use it all...

Anyhew.. if you can wait till Monday I'll let you know how stonking it is once I have my sticky fingers on it!!...

Look out for my e-bragging thread when it arrives! (I'll be like a kid at Christmas.. oh wait!! )

It was £880 including a copy of Office 2007 Home/Student (knocked em down from half price)... Can't say who these Astrological people were as they're a competitor!!..
