Hi All,
I have a microserver and every now and again the unit seems to just stop working. I press the power button and it powers off straight away, I press it again and everything seems to start up normal....until yesterday.
I did the same as above, however it didn't start up this time. The unit runs headless so I connected a monitor and it was stuck on booting from C: I opened the unit, disconnected the SATA cables from my CD/DVD to 2.5" caddy (see here; http://i.imgur.com/alo2V7L.jpg ) then plugged them back in and it started up straight away. I've come to remote in this morning and it's gone offline. I can only assume the same has happened again.
The unit has 3 drives all in their own RAID0 configuration. The C: drive is a 120GB SanDisk SSD which is connected via the CD/DVD Sata port.
Has anyone got any recommendations on what I can do to try and flush out the fault? I'm suspecting possible faulty SSD?
Cheers
Chris
