HP N40L 2.5" disks

Normal converters put the disk in the middle where the caddy needs the disk to one side so it aligns with the connectors. Luckily it seems that the sata power & data connectors are really stiff so the disk just hangs there.

The sata/power connectors are really tight so I've just connected the disks up on all 4 servers without a caddy :D
