Any use this software?

If so, has anyone ever seen this error:

1899: 2 503010 30/04/2007 15:55 Error in driver call to open file; WIN32 error 1
1900: 2 0 30/04/2007 15:55 Unable to determine the last write time for file C:\Launcher\Client\LauncherClient.ini because it could not be opened. Error: 1

Ignore the actual file name as that is just one of the files we are mirroring accross, but it seems to be failing and I cant work out why :/
