Hp pavillion ram

Is this a laptop or desktop?

I probably hold-on until the unit arrives and check the specs then order more ram. What amount does the system come with?
 
It's a mini desktop. It comes with 4gig of ram. I3 processor and 1 tb hdd


I would like to install 16gb which is the maximum it can take and later a large SSD

It's going to be used for "P2P" ,streaming to my tv for movies and I may even host a very low traffic website on it so it saves me having to pay out. But going to look closer that this due to ip address ports and the such
