Hey.

Looking for some problem solving advice from my fellow OCUK crew. Already had a quick Google around but no joy thus far.

I recently bought the HP Photosmart 2575 Network Printer and all has been working fine up until the past few days.

When I originally installed the printer, everything went smoothly. I downloaded and installed the latest drivers and software from HP for Vista 64 Bit.

I connected the printer to my Vonage Wireless Router, to which my Laptop connects through Wifi and everything worked seamlessly first time.

Now, I took my network apart the other night to move my Xbox downstairs for uber Halo3 pwnage on my bigger TV.

When I came back the next day to plugging everything back into the router, including the printer, nothing would print.

Vista detected the printer as being offline.

So, I did the typical reinstall, uninstall, remove all drivers, tried a different ethernet cable for the printer, different ethernet port, reset the router etc.

Nothing worked, and when I install the HP software, when it gets to the network setup page, the first screen clearly identifies the printer, however on the second stage of that it just says "Cannot install your device".

I cannot add the printer manually through Vista as I don't have access to the drivers. The HP software is a .exe and auto installs everything.

So, any suggestions? :)
