HP power adatpers

so My trusty HP mini 5102 has stopped charging, confirmed fault is the power adapter...

But it's hard/impossible to find a 19.5V 2,05A 40W large connector adapter here in Brazil.

Is it possible to put a 18.5V 3A 65W adapter without causing damage?

Yes it will be fine, the 65w is just the max rating so it will only draw what it needs and the voltage difference is negligible .
