HP Printer Problem

Installed a HP Printer onto the network, now nobody can connect onto the network, the printer is connected through USB and im using AVG software as my firewall software. Does anyone know whats causing this?

First step is an obvious one, what happens if you unplug the printer?

Are the share permissions set correctly for the printer?

Finally got it to work, had to install the printer onto another computer, now it works, very strange.
