I wonder if Windows 8.1 with Bing will be exempt from the free W10 upgrade? If not, win!

Doubt it. Windows 8.1 with Bing is identical to Windows 8.1 but OEMS are not allowed to add Google search etc and take a cut of advertising revenue.

Also MS would is trying to increase install base!

How well will Netflix run on this?

No issues, the Atom CPU is decent.

No HDMI out on these.

You can use either the Netflix app or just the normal website.
