Hp3055 Multi function fax ?

Does anyone run this beastie? i am trying to import fax numbers into its memory so i can broadcast faxes to my clients. I know it can do it from csv files because hp says so but every time i try to do it it says "invalid format" please select lotus notes, or outlook..

Hp have been tryin to sort this now for weeks...

Anyone?
