HP530 Laptop, upgrading CPU problems.....

I have a HP 530 which has Celeron processor inside it.
Have put a T5300 processor inside it now, laptop powers up, bios and can access bios and change settings without issue.

However it refuses to boot from any source, even network. Tried newer BIOS!

Any ideas on this one at all please?

The t5300 has a 533 side bus as opposed to the celeron 800 side bus, and a multiplier of 13 as opposed to a multiplier of 8. It may well be that the t5300 is not frequency matched to the memory in the laptop and that is what is causing the problem?
