Just reading that hpet might be badly implimented with my 3570k cpu so should i turn it off in bios and use bcedit to disable it or should i leave it be. On win 10 latest.

Just wondering if its why ive not had the smoothest time in games sometimes or watching anime streams in fast motion.

I can't remember which way is which now but in my experience with that generation of CPUs it was best leaving it on the default setting - the tweaks everyone was talking about for it made a slight difference in some cases but had lots of negatives.

Disabling core parking made more of a difference fixing stuttering in some games like BF4 - but Windows 10 should handle that for you (more relevant to CPUs of that generation with hyper-threading though really I believe).
