just installed my hr-03 on my 2900 and seem to have hit a problem, my idle temps have decreased 10c but my load temps are 7c higher (81c under load) than the stock cooler, currently using a 120mm fan.

Any idea as to why this is happening ?
 
When I installed this heatsink I had to lap it slightly. The surface seemed really rough when I got it. I would also suggest you check the screws on this heatsink as it is a really heavy piece of kit to whack on a gfx card.
