hs and fan combination

hi guys looking for a hs and fan or a hsf combination to cool an opeteron 165 or a x2 3800+ in a dfi motherboard. i plan to overclock the processor. is the thermal right si 120 with a ystech fan a good combination.

is there anything else out there that offers similar performance at a cheaper price?

See my sig. Idle temps 34C loaded 45C. I am using a vantech Stealth 120 fan. I have a YS 125CFM fan but as yet have no need for it with my temps.
