HS Direction

Is there any benefit of having the HS attached with the fans blowing from right to left as apposed to having the fans blowing upwards?

From the random pic's I have seen about 90% of people opt for a right to left flow and only about 10% of people going for the upwards flow.

I currently have a 120mm exhaust on the rear and a 200mm exhaust on the top. Would I therefore be better to have the HS heat directed at the larger fan?

Infact there is quite a lot of space between the GPU and HS. Im quite sure the GPU would be unaffected.

Here's a pic showing the directional airflow, but is doesn't indicate whether rear or top exhaust would be better suited.
