HSBC Daily Limit?

Hi all, I went to take some cash out today thinking my limit was £250, however it would only let me take out £100. I have a 'Basic Bank Account' with them, and on their site it says 'Cash withdrawals up to £200 in the UK'. Nothing else has gone out of my account in the last 24 hours, so I'm not even near the limit?

Anyone know where I can find my daily limit if it's on my account somewhere? Also does the limit go daily or is it in a 24 hour period? I need the money by early tomorrow morning

Usually resets at midnight, i have a HSBC account not sure which type but I get the standard £200 per day

It doesn't specify anywhere on their online banking system. You'll have to call them to confirm.

I thought standard is £300 and £1000 for premier.

I had this problem too. Just went into a branch, used their phone and requested them to up my limit.

Indeed. Just request an increase to your daily limit or upgrade your account.
