HSF and PSU choice for Lian-Li V600

As documented elsewhere I bought a V600 and haven't persevered with it but I'd like to populate it as I need a server for a big installation job next year and it's a lot smaller and seems more robust than the ancient PC60 I'd otherwise have to use. I'll be using a GA965P-S3 mobo and a stock E6300 so it's the choice of CPU cooler and PSU that I need help with.
At the moment I have a Zalman 7700ALCU and a Silverstone NG-03 coolers plus an Enermax Liberty 400 and an X-Power 450 PSUs. My logic says that the NG-03 and Liberty is the best combination but I'm completely open to sensible alternatives. I'd rather use what I've got than spend any more money (just had to spend £325 on the car with another £375 to come  ) but will if I get a better solution.

Walter, where are you? ;)

The SilverStone Nitrogon NT06-Lite is supposed to be excellent. I can't speak for either of the coolers you have there, so don't know how they compare. From what i've been told though, the NT06-Lite (without the fan attachment) positioned so the PSU fan is right above it will give excellent cooling in this case.

You rang, Sir?

The Zalman/Enermax combination sounds fine. I used a Thermaltake Blue Orb for a very long time and it was great. As Bananadude says the Silverstone NG-06 lite could have been made for this case. I did try the NT-03 and it was a good cooler, but a little whiney with the two 60m fans.

You should probably experiment with what way around you mount the PSU as I found it robbed the Blue Orb or air if it was mounted facing in, but with the water cooling I'm running now, I need the fan facing inwards to cool the chipset.

Thanks, both. I could only find one UK supplier for the NG-06 Lite and the tenner for carriage on a £25 item makes it unrealistic. So I'll have a go with the Zalman and Enermax, initially with the PSU fan facing outwards. I know what you mean about the noise from the NG-03 as it went to full speed the first time I tried it and the fans were definitely not quiet. I'll report back when I've got it going but it may not be this side of Xmas - got to spend time on our new house if I don't want trouble from Mrs Snapshot.

I'm pleased to report it's almost finished - we did an all-day shopping trip yesterday, buying white goods, etc. and I got the evening off for good behaviour....
It's running Orthos at the moment, peak core temp is 51C with ambient a rather chilly 17C and the Zalman peaking at 1550rpm.
There's a fair bit of fan noise at the moment but that's something I can sort out at leisure. The internal cabling is, to put it politely, messy and I'll get some longer SATA cables so I can at least get them out of the way.
Just need a second GB of RAM and to load W2003 and it's ready to go.
