.htaccess directive for redirecting www to non www?

Hi guys,

The other day i came across a snippet of code that i can place into my .htaccess file to redirect any http://www.domain.com requests to http://domain.com. Today i have realised this would be pretty useful for cookies and the like, but cannot find the code anywhere!

Does anyone know what it is i can use?

Never mind, i found it...

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\.domain\.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://domain.com/$1 [R=301,L]
