HTC broken, what new phone

I have broken my HTC HD2 and am in need of a new phone.
I need to pay £104 to Tmobile to finish my contract.

Large touch screen. I use it for Exchange email and personal.

Ideas and recommendations?

what was wrong with the hd2? doing much with it now?

It’s got a cracked screen, could be fixed. Part on eBay is £30 but fancied a new phone.

The HD2 has windows 7 working perfectly and is unlocked.
Probably sell it this weekend on eBay. Phone going with cracked screen for £80+
