HTC One M9 - 'Couldn't capture screenshot' error

Hi all,

I've got a HTC One M9 and have updated to Android 6.0, when using the app Bet365 I'm unable to take any screenshots, I get the following error below.

'Couldn't capture screenshot. Can't take screenshot due to limited storage space, or it isn't allowed by the app or your organization.'

Any ideas people? Thanks

Clear your dalvik cache or rename your screenshots folder

I've wiped the Applications cache also gone into Recovery Mode and wiped cache partition. Tried deleting the Screenshots folder, then restarting the phone, opening up Bet365 trying again and the same thing happened.

Any other ideas?

Bet365 just doesn't allow screenshots?

Well there's a hint in the error message...I assume you have enough storage, so test out capturing screenshots in other apps. If they work then it's bet365 restricting it.
