So I'm currently the owner of the HTC one x and I've been getting caught up the hype about the htc m8s impressive headphone output voltage and speakers. I'm wondering if anybody has made the switch from the one x to the m8 and can comment on how drastic the step up in quality is? Using a decent pair of earphones of course. Cheers.

I've got an HTC one M9 and the speakers and music/podcast/audible through the supplied headset is impressive. I'm led to believe from a few online reviews that the M8/M8s has superior speaker performance to the M9, never had the M8 so can't confirm this..
