HTC Sensation boost headphone volume

Hi guys,

When I watch videos using my Sensation and Rockplayer, I can often barely hear the dialog through my headphones even with the volume at max. This makes the phone quite useless for watching movies etc.

Any suggestions?

volume+ from the play store

You could also use MX Player to play video, it has a built in volume boost feature.

This seems to say it requires a custom ROM to work properly and only works with Gingerbread?

Just tried this, with max boost it's no louder than Rockplayer.

I had this with my Desire as well, very frustrating.
