my 18 month contract with the HTC touch HD is going to end in January and since around the summer holidays i have been having a issue with the phone. To cut things short, the phone will shut down automatically at some point and when i attempt to turn it on it does it again when entering the MS OS screen. At first i thought that my battery might just be dying but this is not the issue. Took nothing of it but it's happening more and more often now and after going through a few threads via Google it seems that i might have a circuit problem. I got the phone when this was a common issue (not sure if its fixed now) so my question is would HTC fix the phone for me or would i have to try contact o2 about it (no insurance).
