HTCP upgrade help please

Hi am wanting to upgrade my aging media pc but am hoping to keep the case which is an Antec Fusion.

does this list seem ok? Am planning on more or less just gutting the pc and replacing everything, but as a first time am bit nervous in doing it,
or would it be easier to get a whole new system custom built?

Already have a 120gb SSD which would benefit from a speed boost with 6gb sata ports as my existing motherboard only has 3gb

Am hoping this spec will do for another 6 years lol

Psu - the one that came in the case - sure its a 450w

Aye spec wise is quite high, but more for future proofing than anything else, maybe play the occasional game like sim city. More though just to get the latest kit
