HTML 5 video rip?

I would like to rip this video from you tube.

I was scratching my head why, my trusty flv downloader wasnt working.

Turns out You tube has switched to HTML 5.

Any idea how I rip this video:

Took me less then 2 minutes @ 2.3mb/s to download 235mb using download helper in fireFox.

Ok so download helper works.

But how do I specify I wantthe 720p version.

I'v tried switching to the 720p version on you tube, but it still downloads the low quality video.
