HTML 5?

With the announcement of HTML5 does anyone know what it will contain, features, benefits, etc?

from what I understand, it's going to work in a more logical way allowing you to semantically structure documents, offering tags like <nav> and <entry>, rather than the more abstract <div> tags. it'll be nice for css, but I don't really see the point if I'm honest. Lucky really, because it probably won't be released for about 20 years!
