I know minimal HTML , i know this is very outdated now and i've mainly used DreamWeaver over the years. I've created a few standard sites for people etc but nothing amazing.
Is using DW cheating or is it possible to create complex sites without knowing code (i can hardly remember passwords not alone php / css etc)
I'm currently off work so thought i might as well learn something
