HTML disclaimer software for exchange ???

Hi,

currently using Groupwise but moving to Exchange soonish and we want all outbound email to have an html disclaimer. Have already setup a SMTP server with Groupshield installed, however it only does plain text disclaimer.

Any other suggestions ?

I recently set this up on our exchange server and I used a piece of software called eXclaimer.

I've been very impressed with it.

The website is www.exclaimer.com/

You have to pay for it but it is well worth it IMO.
