HTML Emails in iOS Mail

Hey all,

I've just had an exchange email address sorted out at work and have it all setup on my iPhone. Only query is regards to HTML emails.

Whenever I send an email out, I think it's going out in 'plain text' rather than HTML, as my message and signature are shown on the other end in the font Times New Roman.

I'd like to add colour and change the font to my signature, so I was wondering if there was a way to send emails in HTML format rather than plain text?

I've looked in the settings, but couldn't find anything.
Any ideas?

Hmm I wonder if I should try a third party mail app - Perhaps that will give me a few extras options...
