html ftp or easy way to do basic ftp on website

I've been trying to find some software that would allow me to do very basic ftp stuff to some webspace. All it needs to do is when the user logs in it allows them to see only two directories and then allows them to erase files, that's it.

I know there must be some web based app (Flash, Java etc) but I can't find anything.

Most browsers will let you use the FTP protocol from right in the address bar

ftp://username: [email protected]

Used this before and worked a treat - failing that have a look at PHPClasses.org, there will probably be some FTP classes you can use on your site.

net2ftp or www.webftp.co.uk basically the same thing.
