HTML into ebay listing

I've had someone make me my own HTML listing, however I am not sure how to get it on ebay.

I know about the HTML tab etc.

The HTML file and associated folders etc are all on my hard drive.

Do I need to upload all of this and somehow extract the source code to copy and paste into the html tab on ebay?

Open it as a text document then just copy and paste it all?

You'll need to upload any images or files somewhere and put the source into the html, you can't host it off your PC (easily).
