To be honest I'd just puck up a copy of that decade pack for a few quid off eBay. I'm sure I got them all to work on win7 x64 and red alert I even got to work at 1080p with correct sized HUD.

Edit- you get all the expansions and even that renegade fps.

That's interesting as I plug my mouse into my tablet using a OTB or otg, or something, cable. Android does have normal mouse support do this could work out! I also have a blutooth keyboard stand thing... Hmmm...
