htpc build which cpu help

Hi i need to start a build soon i have been putting it of to see if Trinity would appear but enough is enough so i am looking for a mATX board and cpu for a HTPC build.

So it will be used with a samsung SSD for the os and a 250Gb hard drive for recorded files, all media will be off a WHS and will need to play Hd rips without getting bogged down, it will also have a sat tv card.

I have everything from a previous build so only need the cpu\motherboard.

So the main thing is that i don't want to feel like the system is struggling when i am possibly recording 2 sat tv channels and maybe downloading and trying to play a Hd film at the same time.

So what would you recommend ?

Budget sorry Haven't thought about that yet say <£200 for the board and cpu.

All the files will be off the WHS i will use memory to create a ram drive for timeshifting files and the hard drive wil only be used for storing the tv files till they are watched or saved to the WHS
