HTPC Build

Hi all,

Just want to build an HTPC for myself.

Requirements:
* Room for 2 x 3.5 Disks (Have some Samsung Green 2TB)
* SSD for OS
* HD Audio over HDMI
* Preferably no need for GPU card, possible to use mobo/CPU?
* Case height limited to 14cm (can always put it on its side)
* Blu-Ray


I will be using it to play MKV, ISO, BDISO via existing AV equipment. This will be replacing a Med8tor (which I will re-house upstairs).

Could anyone give me a spec please?

I'd like to keep as inexpensive as possible.

Is 450w overkill for the PSU? The unit will be in the same room as the TV so noise level is also a consideration.
