This will be used for streaming movies 1080p and casual gaming, game GFX need to be good but not bothered about high settings for everything average will be enough.

I already have 850 Pro SSD and Windows 8.1, I also have a spare 7950 but not sure if it will be a bit hot for a HTPC.

Need it to be as quiet as possible so will I need so looking for suggestions here also please?

Was thinking about after market CPU cooler but concerned about space?

The stock cooler isn't too bad but if you wanted to get it as quiet as possible I'd buy this.
