I'm building an HTPC which will also be an overclock AVCHD editor.

ATX Z68 MoBo, i5 2500K processor, add on cooler.

This is where the fun starts!

Is there a case which will give me about 150-170mm headroom above the MoBo for a serious CPU cooler?

Or do I forget style and just get a tower case and lay it down flat?

Unfortunately that is miniITX not full ATX.

The Silverstone LC17 (which I was considering) has a cooler headroom of 135mm.
With a height of 170mm this suggests an allowance of 35mm for the MoBo and processor.
Which suggests I need a case between 185mm and 205mm high.
