HTPC cooling problem.

I have a HTPC which at the moment is pretty much stuck together with sticky tape.

I recently purchased a new case and transferred everything into it. All is working fine apart from the shutdowns. I have identified those as overheating.

I have a AMD 4200e processor in there on a Gigabyte mATX mobo. The cooler is a stock cooler. There is just not enough clearance between the CPU and the case though..

Anyone recommend a cooler that will cool this, and is low enough to allow air to circulate?

I think something like the Silverstone NT07-775 would be ideal?

I was thinking of the scythe shuriken but I am loathe to spend that much on a patch job on an old system.

The case I have is a rebranded case from a competitor. I can't link it unfortunately. I will try and stick a picture up later.
